All prices are subject to change, but we will, upon request, provide a final quote before asking for your commitment. Please note that payment for the full cost of services may be required in advance before any work begins. Our preferred method of payment is Interac e-Transfer. We also accept credit cards; however, a transaction fee of approximately 3% may be applied depending on the size and nature of the order.

Quoted prices for printed products may require a minimum order quantity or be offered as part of a bundled package. Shipping and handling fees may not be included in the product price and may be charged separately.

Quoted turnaround times and project timelines officially begin only after you have formally approved the project scope and the final quote, and we have received any required advance payment.

We cannot be held responsible for project delays caused by events outside of our control. This includes technical infrastructure issues (such as internet outages, domain unavailability, or DNS propagation delays), equipment failures, or third-party shipping delays. We will work with all our partners to mitigate delays and resolve challenges expediently.
